Ingredients

Oriental Chicken Dumplings: Filling: Cabbage, mechanically separated chicken, cooked chicken, water chestnuts, carrots, celery, onions, sugar, modified corn starch, frozen whole eggs, salt, sodium tripolyphosphate, seasoning (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, dried yeast, flavour, silicon dioxide, spice extract), dehydrated garlic, black pepper, sesame oil.

Wrapper: Enriched wheat flour, water, liquid whole eggs, salt, sodium propionate, mono and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate.

Contains: Wheat, egg, soy, sesame.

May contain milk.

Dim Sum Sauce: Sugar/glucose-fructose, water, hydrolyzed soy protein, modified corn starch, lemon juice concentrate, caramel colour, sodium benzoate.

Preparation Instructions:
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.

Stovetop (Pan-fried):
Combine 1/3 cup (75 mL) of water, 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of cooking oil and contents of dumpling package in a non-stick frying pan. Cover. Turn on heat to medium-high and heat for 10 minutes. Uncover and turn dumplings over and continue to heat uncovered for another 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until lightly browned.

Microwave (1110 watts):
Empty contents of dumpling package in a microwave-safe container. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of water. Loosely cover container and heat on high for 8 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain well and serve. !Since appliances vary, the instructions above are guidelines only.
