Instructions to make egg rolls:
Thaw egg roll covers overnight in the refrigerator in original packaging. Place 2 tablespoons of homemade filling on each sheet of pastry. For filling recipe, see inside packaging. Moisten all around edges with egg white or water. Fold front and back over to overlap at middle and press both ends to close, making sure all edges are properly sealed.

Cooking Instructions (must be cooked):
Deep Fry:
Fry 6 egg rolls at a time at 350ºF (176ºC) in canola oil for 3 1/2 minutes until golden brown. Rotate frequently. REFREEZING THE COVERS IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
