Ingredients

Sauce: Water, sugar, vinegar, honey, ginger puree (contains water, canola oil), tomato paste, hydrolyzed soy protein, modified corn starch, onions, soya sauce powder (soybeans, wheat, salt), salt, dehydrated garlic, xanthan gum, caramel colour, dehydrated red peppers, chilies, natural flavouring.

Breaded Chicken: Chicken breast pieces, enriched wheat flour, frozen egg whites, water, salt.

Cooked in canola oil.

Vegetable Blend: Carrots, red peppers, green peppers, onions.

Contains: Wheat, Egg, Soy.

May contain milk, and sesame.

For food safety and quality, ensure product is thoroughly cooked (165°F/74°C in the centre of product) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.

Warning:
Handle with caution as product will be very hot. Keep frozen until ready to cook.

Microwave (1100 WATTS):
Puncture top of the pouch 4 times with fork to vent. Cook on high for 4 1/2 minutes (1 pouch) or 7 1/2 minutes (2 pouches). Let stand 1 minute. Cut open the pouch and transfer product to a serving plate.

Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Submerge both pouches in warm water for 5 minutes. Cut both pouches open and transfer product to oven-safe dish. Cover and cook for 25 minutes, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
