Since our products have 12 months shelf life (if kept frozen at all time), the expiration date is 12 months (1 year) later than the date of manufacture. The manufacturing date code is displayed in the TYYMMDD format and it is normally located on one of the flaps of the box.

As an example, the code T230115 means T= internal factory code; 23=2023 (the last 2 digits of the year of manufacturing); 01=January (the month); 15= the day. Therefore, the product was produced on January 15, 2023 and the expiration date is January 15, 2024.

In our facilities, we have rigorous allergen control program and we must follow strict government standards regarding the declaration of food allergens on our packaging. If a ‘’priority allergen’’ is in the product, it will be mentioned in the product’s allergen list located at the bottom of the ingredient list.
