Preparation Method

How to Make Egg Rolls

Thaw covers overnight in the refrigerator in original packaging.

Place 2 tablespoons of homemade filling on each sheet of pastry.

Moisten all around edges with egg white or water. Fold front and back over to overlap at middle and press both ends to close, making sure all edges are properly sealed.

Cooking - Deep Fry

Fry 6 egg rolls at a time at 350°F (176°C) in canola oil for 3 ½ minutes until golden brown. Rotate frequently.

Notes

  1. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
  2. Time may vary depending on appliance
  3. Must be cooked. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 °F (74 °C)
