Sweet and Sour Wonton Crisps

- 1 box of WW wonton wrappers
- 1 box of WW sweet-and-sour chicken
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 tbsp shredded carrot
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 large lime
Sauces
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Preparation
Assemble
Cut the WW wonton wrappers in half, then in half again on the diagonal.
Prepare the chicken using the method of your choice, following the instructions on the package. Once cooked, cut into small pieces.
Place the wonton pieces in a bowl with the olive oil and toss well to coat. Transfer to the air fryer and cook on the air fry setting for 7 minutes, shaking the basket often. Set aside.
Mix the sriracha and mayonnaise together. Set aside.
Mix the sour cream and lime juice together. Set aside.
Arrange the wonton chips on a baking sheet or serving platter, then top with the sweet-and-sour chicken or pork, avocados, red cabbage, carrot, and green onions.
Drizzle with the sriracha mayo and lime cream. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, and lime wedges.
