Preparation Method

Grande friture

Preheat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

Heat 10 spring rolls for 6½ minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Four conventionnel

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place 10 Egg Rolls on a baking tray.

Heat for 10 minutes.

Turn the patties over and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
