Preparation Method

Deep frying

Preheat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry 20 frozen dumplings for 3½ minutes.

Stovetop – Pan

In a non-stick frying pan, combine 1/3 cup (75 ml) water, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil and 16 dumplings.

Cover and heat over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid, turn the dumplings over and cook for another 2–2½ minutes until lightly browned.

Stovetop – Boiled

Bring 3.5 litres of water to a boil.

Add 20-22 frozen dumplings and boil for 6-7 minutes.

Drain and serve.

Stovetop – Steam

Bring water to the boil in a large pot.

Lightly coat the steamer basket with oil.

Place 20 dumplings in a single layer, without touching each other, above the boiling water.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Microwave (1100 W)

Place 16 dumplings in a microwave-safe container.

Add 1 cup (250 ml) of water.

Cover partially and heat on maximum power for 8 minutes.

Leave to rest for 1 minute, drain well and serve.
