Chicken Chow Mein

Noodles, crisp vegetables and tender pieces of chicken, all tossed in a mouth-watering sauce. Chow mein has never tasted so good.





Sauce: Water, seasoning (salt, corn syrup solids, sugar, autolyzed yeast extract, corn starch, canola oil, dehydrated chicken [includes rosemary extract], flavour [includes milk, egg, celery, onion], dextrose, modified palm and palm kernel oil, colour), hydrolyzed soy protein, sugar, rice vinegar, xanthan gum, modified corn starch, salt, dehydrated garlic, natural flavour, black pepper, ginger powder.

Chow mein Noodles: Enriched wheat flour, water, liquid egg white, liquid whole egg, salt, modified corn starch, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, colour.

Oriental Vegetable Mix: Broccoli, green beans, onions, red peppers, water chestnuts, carrots.

Cooked chicken.

Contains: Wheat, Egg, Soy, Milk.

May contain sesame.

For food safety and quality, ensure product is thoroughly cooked (165°F/74°C in the centre of product) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.

Handle with caution as product will be very hot. Keep frozen until ready to cook.

Microwave (1100 WATTS):
Puncture top of the pouch 4 times with fork to vent. Cook on high for 4 1/2 minutes (1 pouch) or 7 1/2 minutes (2 pouches). Let stand 1 minute. Cut open the pouch and transfer product to a serving plate.

Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Submerge both pouches in warm water for 5 minutes. Cut both pouches open and transfer product to oven-safe dish. Cover and cook for 25 minutes, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
